Responsibilities:
Designs and develops systems using Java, Linux, Windows and Open Source tools
Presents and defends proposed designs and solutions
Works with Product Managers to identify and scope requirements
Identifies opportunities to improve existing code
Discovers creative, innovative, and cost effective solutions
Works with Product Support to diagnose and fix production issues
Required Skills & Abilities:
Strong Java/JEE/Linux developer, multifaceted and skilled with multiple languages and tools
Experienced developing with open source, e.g.,: JPA/SQL/NoSQL, multi-threading, scripting, ETL and workflow
Excellent diagnostician, thrives when solving production issues
Experienced and enthusiastic Agile developer
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
