What You'll Do
Responsibilities:
Respond to IT issues.
Set up and configure new hardware and software.
Support user accounts.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
Troubleshoot system and network problems.
Provide technical support across the company.
Train and advise staff on IT issues.
Implement and maintain security protocols and procedures.
Install and update antivirus software.
Participate in IT projects.
