Marketing Strategy Senior Manager Location:
Hybrid role, Must be onsite in Reston 2/3 days per week Duration:
12 months, possible extension/conversion Position Overview:
As a valued leader on Single-Family Marketing, you will manage a team who is responsible for planning and implementing all aspects of a comprehensive marketing strategy to reach a B2B secondary market audience, while ensuring functional alignment with Investor Relations on outreach efforts to align with the needs of institutional and private investors.
The ideal candidate will help develop a marketing vision and architecture that simplifies complex capital markets policies, products and processes to encourage user adoption and increase awareness with lender constituents.
Requirements:
6 years relevant experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent Managerial experience Understanding of audiences across the mortgage finance ecosystem and/or the investment value chain Systemic thinker to drive clarity out of complex products, programs and business realities Critical thinking and analytical skills to evaluate business channels and develop proactive solutions Experience in B2B Capital Markets, secondary mortgage markets, institutional marketing (asset managers, pensions, hedge funds, insurance companies) or Investor Relations functions within financial services/ bank or financial advisors, preferably related to housing finance P.
