The Endpoint Specialist, Level III, is a on-premise position responsible for staffing a Corp Endpoint Service bar (helpdesk).
This position must be customer service focused and the ability to identify and analyze technology incidents and provides solutions to resolve.
Supports service desk issues, and assists internal customers with AD account, software, and network issues.
Has daily interactions with corp Executive Leadership.
on-premise meeting support and day-to-day office tasks.
Responsible for daily service desk operations ensuring on-going support services in a fast-paced operational environment.

Provide Onsite Endpoint (PC & Mac) technical support by resolving software issues through expertise in:
MS Office suite; TCP/IP, VPN, viruses/malware, printers and peripherals, managing system accesses, etc.
; Assist C-Level/VIP individuals with time sensitive issues requiring immediate resolution while keeping a helpful demeanor.
Provide C-Level/VIP support outside of normal business hours on an AS-Needed basis Provide direct on-site IT support for company sponsored events/meetings including, but not limited to setup the day prior, possibly outside of normal business hours Use remote control software (such as Connectwise, TeamViewer,) to troubleshoot computers and resolve issues; Resolve IT support issues as part of a Help Desk team, responding to daily operational support issues via help desk tickets, phone calls, and customer walk-ups while escalating as appropriate; Identify, research, document, and escalate complex technical problems; Advise customers of IT best practices and hardware and software care and maintenance; Provide training for new Level I and Level II specialists.
Ability to travel to provide remote executive support Supervisory
Responsibilities:
This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.
MINIMUM REQUIRED
Qualifications:
Three (3) years' experiences in an IT help desk, service desk, or retail IT support setting OR Equivalent combination of education and experience Must possess excellent customer service skills Experienced in proper handling of escalated end-user events Experience with operating in PC/Mac related issues Experience utilizing JAMF(Mac) & Intune(PC) AV setup/troubleshooting/operation experience for both physical and virtual meetings/events This is a on prem daily position Certificates and Licenses:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
