Our Information Technology Manager performs overall information systems planning, implementation and administrative procedures in a variety of IT functional areas including networking, telecommunications, user support, and onboarding/offboarding logistics.

Troubleshooting network, computer, and SaaS issues with a sense of urgency and an excellent attitude are critical foundational skills; ambition to learn, grow, and expand your responsibilities are what will make you successful.
You will be involved in and/or responsible for hardware/software/vendor selection, security, training, coordination and scheduling of IT initiatives.
You will develop vendor management, planning, and reporting skills in this role.
Responsibilities Leading and facilitating Brightspot's internal user support community to fix minor issues and answer user questions from 250
people Administering key SaaS services such as G Suite, Microsoft 365, Jamf Pro, and OneLogin - in a manner consistent with Brightspot's procedures Coordinating among vendors to implement improvement and cost management projects throughout the year Managing wireless and Wide-area networks in our Reston HQ Ensuring that new hires' and departing employees' accounts, devices, and services are provisioned and deprovisioned appropriately Qualifications 4
years of equivalent experience or in a similar environment Able to troubleshoot issues Ability to be proactive on new IT trends Easy to work with Able to communicate what should be automated, eliminated, and what requires a specialist to do their due diligence Knowing the appropriate time to use spreadsheets At Brightspot , we value diversity and strive to create an inclusive environment where all employees can thrive.
