We are seeking a dedicated Elite Agent to join our team in providing exceptional service in the hospitality industry.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for guest relations and possess excellent communication skills.
Duties:
- Greet and assist residents and guests with professionalism and courtesy - Handle inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively - Utilize phone systems to manage incoming calls and provide information - Maintain a high level of knowledge about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
Qualifications:
