Job Description:
Under general guidance, engages with key contacts at assigned military bases and federal agencies to establish and maintain positive relations and access to Uniformed Service members to positively impact enrollment penetration of FEDVIP products.
Develop strong relationships utilizing strategic and consultative selling skills both in person and through virtual channels.
Presents, promotes and communicates Open Season information regarding benefits and rates through various Open Season activities scheduled at federal agencies and military installations.
Must maintain a high level of proficiency on benefit/policy changes for all products offered in the FEP & FEDVIP.
Develops and executes Open Season activities, including in-house educational sessions to communicate marketing strategies and goals.
Skills:
The incumbent must have 1 to 3 years experience in customer service, dealing with the public, or related field and have a basic knowledge of the Sales Department, enrollment, billing, account installation functions.
Proficiency with word processing software packages is required.
Incumbent must display excellent oral and written communication skills.
Incumbent must be able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, i.
e.
accurate tracking and processing of renewals, and maintaining department files and systems.
The individual selected will be team oriented and may be required to work overtime as needed.
The incumbent will be customer and team focused and meet the needs of the account consultants and field service personnel.
