years of experience with Tenable Nessus or Rapid7 InsightVM have 4
years of experience doing system administration and maintenance (updates & vulnerability remediation) know a lot about windows and networks, SIEM Tools, and a few things about Linux and cloud infrastructure platforms understand risk management & security control standards (NIST, ISO, etc.) have a bachelor's degree have an active (or ability to obtain) a Public Trust clearance (U.S. Citizenship required) We'll REALLY love you if:
(This is the bonus stuff that makes you stand out) You have a CISSP / CYSA/ Certified Ethical Hacker or Security
Certification You have experience with Splunk dashboards, reporting, and investigation You have knowledge of Endpoint Management and Configuration Policy Systems You have obtained or enrolled in a program for a masters or post-graduate certificate in cyber-security or information science What your day will look like:
You'll work daily with a small team (under 10) to identify system vulnerabilities, drive technical staff on remediation, review security aspects of change management, and enhance processes such as incident and disaster response, security automation, control monitoring, develop security reports and dashboards You'll also provide status updates, alerts, security trends, and other industry knowledge to technical staff and operational team leadership. You'll provide day-to-day support of vulnerability scanning and SIEM tools
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
