What You'll Do A good Business Analyst can be leveraged in many ways. Use human-centered design to guide the end-to-end ownership and management of experiences and processes to customers and/or employees. Utilize an advanced understanding of customer needs, as well as our business vision and strategy, to prioritize investment, business value and delivery. Align focus of stakeholders towards a unified experience that serves customers, employees and business needs. Work with a cross-functional/cross-department team to understand and validate business strategy and vision, and customer needs. Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders, and technology team members to define and document relevant business processes, gaining a proficient understanding of all needs, measures, and risks & controls for the improvement area. Lead and manage small projects. Serve as a direct representative of the business with technology teams, reinforcing the customers' perspective throughout the product realization cycle. Collaborate with a cross-functional team of user experience partners, designers, business analysts, developers, testers and others to develop, execute and release in alignment with program and/or product roadmaps. Establish and monitor KPIs for each initiative. Communicate with internal customers and be able to present information in a non-technical manner. Prepare the business for the new process/product changes and arm them with tactics and metrics for benefits, adoption, and risk. Troubleshoot and support ad hoc requests received from colleagues. years working as a Business Analyst or comparable work experience History of success working both independently and as a member of a cross-functional team A bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field. Recent experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Formal Customer Experience and/or User Experience training or related work experience 3

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Business AnalysisEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
