Quick Apply Full-time 3 hours ago Full Job Description WWCM has an opening for a strategic and personable Business Development Manager (BDM) to support business expansion efforts.
The BDM drives sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with customers.
WWCM is looking for a BDM who will plan, coordinate, and manage the actions taken by the organization to initiate and execute a government contract.
The BDM will serve as the WWCM single point-of-contact with the program office for business development management and related contract-level issues.
The BDM must effectively negotiate differences that may exist between WWCM, our partners, our vendors, and the customer in order to bring together a cohesive/efficiently running development and business development maintenance within the organization.
The BDM must provide the leadership and have the interpersonal communication skills necessary to inspire, lead, direct, and manage the development of customer relationships.
The BDM will interface with senior leaders and directors to help maintain and sustain critical business development efforts.
Additionally, the BDM will be a single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and the COR.
Responsibilities:
Develop a business development strategy focused on financial gain Arrange business development meetings with prospective clients Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs Arrange business meetings with prospective customers Promote the WWCM's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines Maintain records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers Develop entry level staff Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field Demonstrate integrity, respect, and a commitment to excellence, collaboration, agility, and diversity Experience organizing, directing, and managing contract operation support functions involving multiple, complex, and interrelated project tasks Experience effectively communicating at senior levels within a customer organization Experience meeting with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items, and effectively execute in accordance with approved plans Experience with managing multiple projects, including adjusting to shifting priorities and solving problems quickly Ability to collaborate with technical staff and customers in forming strategies to improve performance, reliability, and cost effectiveness Experience with large scale information sharing between teams across multiple locations Experience mentoring staff in order to maintain high levels of performance and positive morale Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role Demonstrate a proven sales track record Possess a proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.
g.
Salesforce) Possess market knowledge Communication and negotiation skills Ability to build rapport Possess time management and planning skills
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Business Admin, Sales, Marketing or related field Prior experience at a tech company Ability to break down a product or feature into the technical teams and systems involved and their dependencies Ability to be an influential member of a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members Ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences Quick Apply.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
