Employees Position Overview:
Geneva Management is seeking a full-time, experienced Service Process Trainer to join our Training Department.
Job Duties:
Conduct Service Advisor training using a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods, including classroom-based learning and virtual learning.
Conduct hands-on training at our dealerships training Advisors individually on process related items including, but not limited to:
Writing tickets in CDK and Reynolds/Ignite, booking tickets for COD and Warranty payments, Mobile Tablet Check-in, and much more! Become a subject matter expert in all of our Service processes and continue to develop new processes based on evolving business needs.
Design quality training materials using a variety of learning tools such as slides, forms, videos, exercises, and quizzes.
Perform ongoing, detailed Service performance audits to assess compliance.
Develop, measure and monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), to assess the level of compliance with processes for each store.
Continuously conduct needs assessments to ensure accurate and effective training content.
Conduct training in our Corporate training classroom, as well as dealership locations within Northern Virginia (All VA Locations within approx.
20 Miles from HQ).
Manage administrative duties for training, including scheduling and documentation.
Proactively communicate with team members to efficiently achieve the Training Department's goals.
Qualifications:
Minimum of three years of experience working as a Service Advisor at an Automotive Dealership.
Training experience is not required, but highly desired.
Ability to travel within the Northern Virginia area for training at dealerships on a regular basis.
Strong technology skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Exceptional attention to detail for auditing and training purposes.
Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize work and multitask as necessary.
Ability to quickly and effectively modify training content based on constructive feedback.
Strong ability to work independently as a self starter, but also contribute as a team player in the Process Training Department.
Thorough knowledge of automotive computer applications including CDK and Reynolds/Ignite.
Must have a valid Driver's License.
