Leadership o Integrity o Quality o Innovation, we want you on our team! The ACR is seeking a Member Services Representative to provide support to the Chapters & Sections team.
Working under the supervision of the Team Lead of Chapters & Sections, this individual will provide administrative and operational support for activities within the areas of governance, member engagement and chapter services.
This position will engage directly with staff, members, and chapter and section leaders to provide customer service and support for a variety of projects and programs.
Your exceptional organizational and database skills coupled with the ability to prioritize responsibilities are essential proficiencies for this role.
Responsibilities Include:
Administrative and operational support for chapter and member engagement initiatives and programs, including chapter and section committee/subcommittee support Maintaining chapter and section committee data within AMS database, including chapter officer and councilor data reporting Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders in developing content and facilitating dissemination of information through various channels, including email blasts and marketing campaigns Providing support for online communities and member-facing tools Developing, updating, and maintaining member engagement resource materials and procedural documents Maintaining electronic records and web content Developing relationships with staff and members by being attentive to requests and inquiries Providing on-site staff support in Washington, DC during the ACR annual meeting Supporting a variety of team activities, including but not limited to processing expense reports, scheduling meetings and maintaining online accounts The ideal candidate will have:

years of office experience, preferably in an association setting Experience with organizational/relational databases (Salesforce and Nimble a plus), including experience with reporting and maintaining data integrity Proven ability to perform as a self-starter and take initiative Strong communication skills, including proven ability to work effectively and efficiently in a remote-work setting Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Ability and availability to participate in occasional (up to 1-2x per month) virtual evening committee meetings and/or webinars outside of normal working hours Proficiency with MS Office Proficiency with Zoom Demonstrated customer service experience Bachelor's degree preferred This position will work on a Remote basis.
We seek a candidate located in the Eastern time zone so that they will be able to maintain our standard operating hours and attend ACR's annual meeting in the spring.
Remote workers must be self-motivated, possess excellent time management, and be highly organized.

It is typical for individuals to be hired in the entry to middle of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on each case's circumstances.
A reasonable estimate of the hourly rate range is $21.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
