Systems Analyst
The Contractor shall leverage the Sponsor's enterprise webscraping tools along with sophisticated commercial webscraping capabilities to provide large-scale automated collection of open source data on the internet, focusing on publicly available sources that have been identified as core and enduring sources of high value.
The Contractor shall ingest collected data into the Sponsor's Data Storage and Retrieval (DS&R) system for further exploitation and dissemination to secure systems.
The Contractor shall utilize in-house capabilities and tradecraft as well as industry standards, to ensure the automated collection and structuring of publicly available, internet-based data, as specified by the Sponsor.
The Contractor shall provide customized products and services for a wide variety of requirements, including all operational components defined by the Sponsor.
The Contractor shall utilize in-house capabilities as well as publicly available information and industry standards and tradecraft to pinpoint locations of interest.
Requirements Basic
Qualifications:
Candidate must have an active TS/SCI with a Full Scope Polygraph Requires Bachelors with 7-10 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 5-8 years of prior relevant experience.
Additional years of experience can be accepted in lieu of a degree.
Demonstrated experience using HTML/CSS (including knowledge of CSS Selectors).
Demonstrated experience using Regular Expressions.
Demonstrated experience or familiarity with using Firefox, Chrome, or Chromium developer tools.
Demonstrated experience using Jira (or similar ticket management system).
Demonstrated experience with collection and exploitation of internet data.
Demonstrated experience performing data analysis such as gathering information to determine data sources, data targets, data definitions, and data relationships.
Demonstrated experience working with data in a variety of structured and unstructured formats.
Demonstrated experience producing technical documentation.
Demonstrated experience in the operational support role, triaging and troubleshooting data issues.
Demonstrated experience developing requirements for testing, assessing applications, and systems for data management.
Demonstrated experience preparing task planning, task documentation, and overall activities reporting.
Demonstrated experience performing Data Modeling, Testing and Documentation.
Demonstrated experience working with users to define requirements for analytic or operational customers.
