Remote Hris Systems Analyst

David Yurman is looking for an HRIS Specialist to join their growing team.
This person will be responsible for implementing, configuring, reporting, integrating, and maintaining Oracle HCM and its modules.
This Specialist will be intimately involved in system enhancements, module support, and training initiatives.
Breakdown of
Responsibilities:
- Manage the upgrade process of the HR system by understanding both new and revised content in each release and the impact it will have on David Yurmans HR system.
- Create and enhance HR system analytics in the form of dashboards and reports to assist business leaders in making informed decisions - Lead system training for HR Team, by providing train-the-trainer toolbox where HR team can utilize to train the end-users.
- Complete data loads and migrations in partnership with all HR teams.
- Support adhoc projects data loads, reporting, and analyses as needed.
- Experience working in the retail industry - Experience with Self Service, LMS, and Talent modules - 5
years of experience working as an HRIS Systems Analyst - 3-5 years of experience using Oracle HCM - Experience with the Benefits, Compensation, and Goals & Performance modules - Previous experience building out and configuring new modules from scratch as well as maintaining and enhancing current modules - 2-3 years of experience using SQL o Working with large data sets, loading files, and system clean ups - Strong communication skills and outgoing personality Recommended Skills Big Data Communication Dashboard Data Analysis Human Resources Information System (Hris) Interpersonal Skills Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
