Principal D365 Engineer
Piper Companies is seeking a Principal D365 Engineer to join a multi-billion-dollar homebuilding and mortgage financing company based in Reston, VA.
As a Principal D365 Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of CRM solutions on the Dynamics 365 platform.
This position will be onsite ion Reston 5 days per week! Responsibilities of the Principal D365 Engineer include:
Lead the design and architecture of CRM solutions on the Dynamics 365 platform.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
Oversee the development and customization of Dynamics 365 components, including entities, workflows, and plugins.
Ensure solutions meet enterprise technology standards and adhere to best practices.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in Dynamics 365.
Qualifications for the Principal D365 Engineer include:
Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM entities, workflows, and security.
Proficiency in developing and customizing Dynamics 365 components, including plugins and workflows.
Experience with integration technologies such as SSIS and KingswaySoft.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Compensation for the Principal D365 Engineer includes:
Competitive salary range:
$160,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
