Senior Pricing Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES The Sr.
Pricing Analyst is responsible for the following duties:
Leads proposal pricing and development of cost volume from capture through contract award.
Completes market and competitive research, salary benchmarking, understands Federal GWAC and contracting requirements, and works with other functional areas to develop proposal solution and negotiate subcontracts.
Supports Black Hats and other capture and bid activities in support of the Business Development team, as well as post-award win / loss analysis.
Provides training and supervision of the pricing team.
Performs analysis and prepares reports to ensure that proposals and contracts are within negotiated, agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines.
Performs requests for price adjustments or additional contract funding/re-aollocation needed throughout the contract term.
Assists with preparation of project forecasts based on proposal/awarded contracts and prospective business.
Works with accounting team to prepare monthly reporting to monitor actual costs vs.
program budgets as needed.
Notifies and interacts with Program Management, and Contracts, and acts as advisor on reports and results for cost, revenue and profit.
Assists with the determination of state and multi-state tax requirements for proposal purposes.
Provides support and assistance for any necessary modifications or updates to the company GSA Schedules and other government- and department-wide schedules or contract vehicles.
Works with Contracts team to prepare and respond to GSA Audits.
Prepares quarterly GSA Schedule Sales Reports for Contracts.
Assists with special projects and other ad hoc support as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS/
Experience:
Bachelor's degree:
4 years of experience may be substituted for the degree.
5 years of experience with cost estimating, preferably with Federal government contract experience.
2
years of experience with Estimate at Completion and supporting projects with forecasts and estimates.
Experience preparing client-ready reports, cost volumes and materials.
Experience with Deltek CostPoint and report writing tools desired.
2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Ability to interact with senior internal and external personnel and coordinate between organizations.
Knowledge of government contracting industry practices.
Knowledge of accounting principles and Government FARs required.
General knowledge of labor laws preferred.
Ability to work designated schedule and be available to meet all proposal deadlines, as well as maintain attendance and punctuality.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
