Payroll Analyst

The Payroll Analyst processes Verisign's US Biweekly payrolls and audits payroll data to maintain accurate payroll records.

Responsibilities:
Processes and Maintains payroll records for Verisign employees in the ADP Vantage payroll system; updates and validates all changes in pay rates, benefits/ deductions, banking information and tax withholding informationEnsures that the current payroll information is submitted to Verisign's outsourced payroll vendor accurately and in a timely mannerRuns and distributes biweekly pay cycle reports to cross-functional business partnersResponds to employee payroll inquiriesMay assist with reconciling, multi state tax withholdings, wage garnishments and voluntary deductionsRequired Skills:

years of payroll and related experienceHigh School or GED equivalentPayroll experiences with ADP/Vantage payroll softwareGood understanding of payroll principles, practices, regulations, and proceduresStrong communicator with customer service experience and excellent attention to detailAccomplished in operating a PC and using Webex and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and WordPreferred skills:
General knowledge of accounting and understanding of the general ledger accountsIf you live in CO, CA, NY, Washington State the annualized pay range for this role is $58,300 - $78,900.
The anticipated annualized base salary range for this position is noted above, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and locationVerisign offers a discretionary bonus which is based on individual and company performance, and certain roles may be eligible for discretionary stock awards.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
