This position will be responsible for managing and coordinating the market-oriented digital projects in North America.
These initiatives and projects include, but are not limited to product development, implementation of the go to market strategy, and market coordination with internal and external teams and business partners.
Within the scope of these initiatives, this position will effectively collaborate across functional groups and teams at our offices in America, HQ in Germany and external vendors to execute on small to large scale opportunities in a pragmatic and efficient way.

Responsibilities:
Digital Sales Growth - 40% of time spento Support Digital Products & Services Manager in the development and alignment of future business strategies as well as brand & product go to market strategies to meet greater Digital Sales teams objective in the futureo Collaborate with internal teams to develop product & service offerings for strategic partners and 3rd party vendors to improve the customer experience and increase operating profito Partner with internal stakeholders and clearly articulate product vision in various formats to ensure proper product awareness and training materials are available to organization and dealership personnelo Responsible for defining the digital purchase customer journey for a seamless experience within the digital ecosystemo Support in the development and definition of key strategic plans in response to product issues and future product questions in the context of competitors, pricing, positioning, customer, and corporate strategyo Works closely with the Product team to develop a sustainable business model including the consumer programs & pricing to drive conversion rates across all model linesOperational Excellence -40% of timeo Support in aligning and coordinating with counterpart organizations in Headquarters (Germany) and external vendors to investigate feasibility for future products and coordinate content with Finance for business case calculationso Collaborate with partners, internal AoA and global HQ stakeholders to understand the objectives and customer benefits of new product features, to deliver on time and on budgeto Develop and implement a clear and effective launch roadmap of any new product within the Digital portfolioo Proactively drive business growth through defined work projectso Be the key liaison to Sales Operations team and Regional Sales teams for the Digital Products and Serviceso Proactively drive retailer performance improvemento Work closely with the AoA Marketing team to ensure all digital purchase touch points are met at the right timeo Educates and evangelizes process with senior leadership across all business areasData and Analytics - 20% of timeo Monitor and maintain all KPIs on various metrics to ensure optimized performanceo Develop new KPIs that allow better focus and measurement of business progresso Coordinate timely and accurate monthly financial performance statement and profit related analysiso Work directly with finance organization to ensure alignment to financial targetso Assist with identifying performance opportunities and consult on improvement actionso Support in the development and presenting of new proposalso Monitor global and US market and competitor development and explore and evaluate wide variety of automotive research to identify product opportunities for AoAYears of Relevant
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience needed to perform the jobPreferred Experience - digital products or automotive experienceEducationRequiredo Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred with a major focus in business or finance (or alternative work experience)o 5
