Resposibilities:
- Assist in managing our multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Help develop and execute automated customer engagement strategies.
- Coordinate with various teams for promotional events and campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and post-event analysis.
- Conduct regular reporting on key marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Engage in rigorous testing and analysis of marketing efforts to optimize performance and customer engagement.
- Collaborate closely with teams across marketing, design, and product development to ensure cohesive brand messaging and capitalize on market opportunities.
General
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2C or e-commerce setting.
- A balanced approach to marketing, combining analytical rigor with creative problem-solving.
- Experience with marketing tools and platforms like Google Analytics, and a strong ability to derive insights from data.
- A growth mindset, open to experimenting with bold ideas and capable of executing them effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
