ASSOCIATE PROGRAM MANAGER We are currently seeking an Associate Program Manager to join our Project and Development Services team in Reston VA.
As an Associate Program Manager at JLL, you will complete duties in support to the Project Management team to execute complex construction projects through JLL's processes and strategic leadership.
You will collaborate with other business lines and be a part of industry changing construction projects.
Your strong organization skills will help deliver excellent service to our clients.
The Associate Program Manager provides internal client support for project teams across Project Development and Development Services (PDS) business unit.
Responsibilities:
Data Quality Perform quality control on project management platform to ensure all key data points are filled and regularly updated.
Publish global project operation reports.
Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all project management technology as required for assigned projects.
Project creation/PIF Tracking Create and initiate projects at the request of the client's CRE team and or the Project Management team.
Provide regular reporting on project/program performance.
Organize all project documentation in our platform including contracts, budgets and schedules.
Project Operations Support Project Managers by issuing Purchase Order to vendors and collecting signatures.
Process invoices and solve problem invoices in support of the Project Manager.
Organize project meetings and PM/FM project meetings.
Prepare projects for closeout.
Collaborate with Project Management team and Finance team to meet all requirements for financial closeout.
Coordinate work and/or approvals between other internal and/or external groups.
Escalate risks throughout the organization appropriately.
Program Management:
Maintain best practices templates on SharePoint site.
Maintain Playbook.
Process contract requirements such as KPIs, variance report, surveys.
Drive adherence to established processes and demonstrate agility and creativity to meet dynamic business needs.
Administrative duties:
Organize travel arrangements, expense report preparation, organizing lunches, All Hands Meetings, Townhall Meetings, Off-Site meetings, Teams meetings, etc.
Schedule meetings and manage calendars as directed Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, architecture/ engineering, interior design or construction management.

years of practical experience in project management or project coordinating.
Accounting experience, real estate support roles for brokers or project managers, office project management experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with executive level internal & external clients.
Demonstrated client relationship management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical skills including root cause analysis and solution development.
Detailed-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage differing needs of the business.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, Adobe and Microsoft Project.
Track record of meeting short deadlines and making things happen.
Ability to work well in a demanding environment.
Face-to-face, regular interpersonal interaction as well as remote meetings are required to perform the job.
This position allows for in-person (3 days) and/or remote flexibility.
