Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries - Upsell menu items and promote daily specials - Assist with basic math calculations for bill splitting and payment processing - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area Requirements:
- Previous experience as a server or in the food service industry preferred - Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Basic math skills for order processing and bill calculations - Knowledge of culinary terminology and menu items - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively room for growth within our diverse restaurant portfolio Please note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
