- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Assist customers in finding the right products and making purchasing decisions - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock shelves and merchandise products - Upsell products to increase sales - Demonstrate product knowledge and answer customer questions - Process returns and exchanges according to company policies
Experience:
- Previous experience in cash handling and operating a POS syst - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers - Ability to upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with using a cash register and handling cash transactions - Proficient in phone etiquette for answering customer inquiries Join our team as a Sales Associate and be part of a dynamic retail environment.
