The People Analyst collaborates across Team and Culture and the business to uncover data-driven insights to solve business challenges across the talent lifecycle.
The People Analyst fuels the business by providing a holistic approach that complements our wide range of analytical tools and methods to identify valuable workforce insights.
This role reports to the Manager of People Analytics and provides support to the various leaders in Team and Culture to deliver on requests across business areas.
We're looking for a versatile professional to be a key player in our journey to deliver holistic data driven insights to our leaders and teams.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Develop and communicate data-driven insights and recommendations effectively/succinctly to leaders within the organization.
This includes hands-on work providing ad-hoc reporting/analytics support and coordination of workflow for data-driven projects Through data analysis; proactively surface areas of opportunity and share insights Ensure that various services are delivered in a coordinated and timely fashion, manage delivery of various services Provide quality control to ensure system's reporting, insights etc.

, KPIs, surveys, reports, dashboards, analytics) Foster relationships and develop trust with key stakeholders to facilitate data-driven decision making in assigned area Complete other duties as assigned by manager Represent the company professionally in all internal and external interactions and communications Adhere to company safety standards and help promote a safe working environment Adhere to the Mission, Vision, and Values of Stanley Martin Homes Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required 2-3 years of experience in project management, reporting, as well as visualization deliverables Ability balance detail with thinking strategically and holistically about underlying goals/needs Ability to communicate effectively across the business, spanning multiple levels Proficient in quickly understanding new technologies, with the ability to train others on the use of technology platforms Work well in a dynamic, complex, customer and team-focused environment within minimal oversight and an agile mindset Analytical ability to delve into details while maintaining a broader business perspective Strong organizational skills, particularly in managing multiple project priorities simultaneously Strong written and oral communication skills to convey complex topics concisely Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel formula writing, vlookup, pivot tables, data models, etc.
Working knowledge of SQL or experience with other coding languages.
Experience merging data across multiple tables within relational databases.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
