Job Description:
Hands on experience in Sales Cloud, Deal Cloud, Service Cloud as functional consultant Understanding & gathering business requirement , experience handling requirement workshops Conduct Fit-Gap in salesforce and provide work effort and duration estimation.
Salesforce Configuration for Sales and Service Cloud Create Requirement and Functional Design specification, Use cases creation.
Ability to write User stories and acceptance criteria.
Assess the impacts on functional design because of the changes in functional requirements.
Functional Support for salesforce application in-Scope Conducting Train the Trainer sessions on in-scope salesforce functionality for Customer Key Users Daily Status Report and ability to work as Scrum master.
Hands on experience in Agile methodology would be preferred.
Excellent Communication skills - written and verbal.
Salesforce certification in Sales, Service is a must.
Recommended Skills Agile Methodology Communication Sales Salesforce.
