Description
- Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules and budgets
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
- Assist in overseeing internal team members as well as subcontractors
- Arrange and organize all project documents, including subcontracts, change orders, permits, and drawings
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with subcontractors and clients
- Ensure all on-site construction activities are administered safely and within a timely manner
Profile
- 2 or 4 year degree preferred but not required
- +/- 2-5 years of industry experience
- Experience overseeing commercial new construction projects. Project values can range from $20M - $300M+
- General contracting background
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and other scheduling software
