Compensation:
$60-70/hour
will be based on the candidate s skills and experience

Our client seeks a skilled Full Stack Developer in Reston, VA, or Plano, TX
Join us in creating innovative tech solutions
Our current project involves modernizing a legacy desktop underwriting application, built over 20 years ago, to a microservices architecture using the latest technologies
This transformation includes migrating to AWS cloud, making all services live, and retiring the legacy app.
Job Requirements:
  • Proven experience in designing and developing microservices architectures
  • Proficiency in Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Spring-JPA
  • Experience with Docker and containerization
  • Familiarity with AWS services (SQS/SNS, ECS) and file protocols (SFTP, FTPS)
  • Knowledge of unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and behavior-driven testing with Cucumber
  • Experience with Source Code Control, Feature Branching, and CI/CD Pipeline Basics using Jenkins and GIT

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
