Description:
Reporting to the VP, the Product Director will be responsible for the oversight and direction of a specified hCentive product throughout its lifecycle (product planning, forecasting, pricing, quality control, and training). The incumbent has responsibility and accountability for the quality and timely release of hCentive's healthcare IT software product solution for the Group Marketplace. The incumbent will take complete ownership of product management and engineering/integration functions.

? Group Health, Dental, Vision, Group Life, Group Accidental Death & Disability (AD&D), Long & Short Term Disability, Flexible Spending, Health Saving, or Reimbursement Accounts
Responsibilities
? Develops and oversees release plans for the product; define major milestones
? Quality and timely delivery of initial and on-going product management deliverables (product capability and roadmap, product requirements, UE design, and Wireframes - working with Product Managers and prospective customers)
? Provide the Development Team and Sales Team with the necessary technical, business, and product expertise to enable them to develop, sell, and service the product
? Function as the highest level of Product SME and advisor to the Sales Support Team in managing customer opportunities
? Operationalize and lead a process for maintaining the product capabilities and richness ahead of competitors; develop and maintain comparative capability matrix
? Assist with the development of the product's annual marketing and sales strategies
? Builds a solid eco system of Partners and a well thought out Implementation recipe
Requirements
Knowledge/Skills
? 10
years' of Health Insurance or Benefits Administration experience
? 5
years' experience managing the development and release of enterprise level software products and solutions
? Ability to influence decisions in a matrix environment
? Experience in product planning, resource planning, and release management with an ability to identify / mitigate risks and issues early-on
? Expertise in Service Oriented Architectures
? Exceptional presentation skills; strong storyboarding and PowerPoint skills (you will be required to give a mock presentation to be considered for this role)
? Strong knowledge in the Healthcare Reform Act and Health Insurance Exchange domain is absolutely required
? Verifiable track record establishing business relationships and delivering business solutions to perspective clients
? Industry certification (e.g. CEBS, AHIP) and authorship are a big plus
? Up to 50% travel
? A track record demonstrating a healthy sense of urgency - ability to handle pressure of shifting timelines - is an absolute must
Education
? Bachelor's degree in related field; Master's degree highly preferredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
