Senior Corporate Counsel
The candidate will work closely with executives to draft and negotiate agreements with government customers and often coordinate the efforts of various internal organizations in order to ensure that company's contracts comply with company policies and applicable law. Will be handling complex negotiations; dealing with regulatory issues; and advising management on a broad range of issues. Must have significant negotiating, contracting and transactional experience with the ability to manage a variety of tasks, evaluate alternatives quickly, handle complex negotiations, provide top quality legal advice and support to executive-level clients; and significant experience in federal government contracts procurement, and comprehensive knowledge of the FAR and related applicable statutes and regulations. Should preferably have 7
years of relevant experience in a top tier law firm and/or major corporation.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
