Required Skills: - Demonstrated experience performing operations and maintenance work that involves activities such as troubleshooting servers and environments, resolving user issues, and performing emergency software application maintenance - Demonstrated experience working with customer Enterprise applications that contain sensitive data. - Extensive experience working with enterprise server and workstation operating systems (Windows Server, Enterprise Linux, etc) - Experience working with enterprise relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server) - Demonstrated ability to independently learn COTS and customer developed software applications - Extensive experience translating customer requirements into system requirements - Demonstrated ability to resolve customer problems and preparing documentation of procedures - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
