JOB TITLE: Master Scheduler
PROJECT Overview:
Provide project management (EVMS, IMS, IBR, Risk Management) support to high priority ACAT I and other acquisition programs across DoD and Federal Agencies. Projects require extensive support in analyzing, integrating, and reporting very complex program management baselines, acquisition strategies, integrated master plans, integrated master schedules, risk management plans, corrective action plans, and mitigation strategies.
JOB DESCRIPTION AND
Responsibilities:
Produce and/or review integrated master plans, integrated master schedules, OEM status reports, miscellaneous program documentation, program risk assessments and management plans.
Support program execution per established strategies and plans, and provide subject matter expert support for briefings and meetings as required.
Provide critical analysis of the major programs' overarching IMS using a variety of Professional scheduling tools and integration techniques (CPM, Variance analysis, etc.).
Conduct planning and execution of programmatic reviews and audits--to include integrated baseline reviews, design reviews, program management reviews, and production and sustainment reviews.
Conduct integrated risk assessments and/ or schedule risk assessments
REQUIRED SKILLS AND
Qualifications:
20 years minimum experience in program management and integrated schedule management
Certified Program Management Professional
Recent experience (within last 3 years) supporting major acquisition programs
Recent experience leading and conducting program schedule risk assessments.
Recent experience with MS Project and other scheduling tools.
Recent experience evaluating program Earned Value Management System reporting and analyses
Conducted schedule analyses on routine basis

WORK LOCATION: Reston, VA
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Top Secret (SCI Eligible)
