The candidate will work closely with executives to draft and negotiate agreements with government customers and often coordinate the efforts of various internal organizations in order to ensure that company's contracts comply with company policies and applicable law. Will be handling complex negotiations; dealing with regulatory issues; and advising management on a broad range of issues. Must have significant negotiating, contracting and transactional experience with the ability to manage a variety of tasks, evaluate alternatives quickly, handle complex negotiations, provide top quality legal advice and support to executive-level clients; and significant experience in federal government contracts procurement, and comprehensive knowledge of the FAR and related applicable statutes and regulations. Should preferably have 7+ years of relevant experience in a top tier law firm and/or major corporation.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
