Responsibilities:
You will cross-sell and up-sell to Riverbed Install Base accounts
You will close ISR/Partner Driven deals with little assistance from field team
You will work strategically with Riverbed Field Sales, Channel Partners & Distribution to build pipeline and close revenue
You will acquire Net New Customers
You will schedule meetings with Strategic Target accounts for Riverbed Field Sales
You will work and track daily sales activity in
You will leverage RainKing, iSell, Hoovers, LinkedIn, etcto penetrate your territory
You will work with Channel Alliance Partners to identify and close deals
You will manage Inbound Marketing Leads
You will outbound cold-call to a defined set of target prospect accounts
You will field inbound calls and leads from various sources and qualify for business potential.
You will contact prospects and partners through, but not limited to, phone calls, email, mailings, and seminars to communicate opportunities to extend initiatives with the company
You will collaborate with marketing, support, sales management, product management and account management to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns, and offerings
You will ensure handoffs to sales, business development and support are successful, and exceed customer's satisfaction
You will ensure reporting and communications are frequent and bi-directional
You will exhibit qualities of cooperation, adaptability and flexibility as changes occur in the department and maintain a positive attitude


Qualifications:
You have a BS/BA in a technical or business discipline is preferred.
You have 5 years in a sales or sales support role within Telecommunications, Networking or Software industries
You have a working knowledge of or other (similar) CRM application

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
