We are currently seeking a Sales/Account Executive to support or Reston, VA location. We are looking for a Sales Professional with the commitment, desire, and work ethic necessary to sell various Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services with a primary focus on contract recruiting and high volume recruitment project support.
Top performers will aggressively prospect and sell to government & commercial clients to uncover needs that fit with our recruiting solutions portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Proactively sell RPO services to qualified customers.
Maintains a high level of sales activity including needs assessments, development, proposal preparation, presentation, negotiation, and post-sale services.
Manages accounts on an on-going basis and achieves continued revenue growth and revenue retention.
Delivers timely, accurate sales forecasts and reports.
Supports others within the sales and service team to achieve customer satisfaction levels.
Maintains professional relationship with all customers and business partners
Requirements
Minimum of 3-5 years of outside sales experience
Must be a hunter for new business and have closing skills with proven success in developing new accounts.
A proven history of successful quota and/or sales objective attainment.
Background in staffing agency sales is helpful
High motivation, goal oriented and drive for success.
Possess creative and resourceful problem solving abilities with attention to detail.
Experience selling in a team environment.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build relationships with both clients and team members
Working knowledge of general marketing principle tools and processes.
Must possess strong customer service skills and customer retention.
Experience in solutions selling, consultative sales techniques, account planning, and long range account management strategies is preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
