We are a consumer protection firm that specializes in getting our clients out of their timeshare contracts. We have a 100% success rate in freeing people from burdensome timeshare liabilities. Position Description:
Professionally represent the Timeshare Exit Team to clients in our local office, effectively presenting information and selling our timeshare exit services.
Primary
Responsibilities:
o Meet with clients in person at our local office or via online webinars.
o Evaluate client's current situation with their timeshare(s).
o Explain to clients about our company, the timeshare industry, the timeshare exit process, and the cost of the exit.
o Close and secure the sale.
o Follow up with clients on a regular schedule until they are ready to purchase service.
o Liaise between client and corporate office, send accurate documents and payment information so corporate office can begin the timeshare exit process.
Attributes and
Qualifications:
o Must be able to build value for our service and create urgency for client to exit timeshare. Hard closing not required or tolerated. That said, we do value one-call closing experience. We expect you to know how to ask for the order, and overcome objections, in a non-threatening way. We want to treat the client in a polar opposite way than they were treated when they bought the timeshare.
o Must be able to effectively communicate with clients to gain their trust and business, as well as communicate with corporate office staff.
o Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and have the computer skills to learn and navigate our CRM system, Docusign, and GoToMeeting.
o Must be driven, motivated, and take initiative.
o Must be organized to track appointment schedule and manage client documents.
o Must be trustworthy and able to build rapport with clients quickly and easily.
Requirements:
o High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
o Previous sales experience required. Proven track record of exceptional performance, i.e. Presidents Club, or comparable awards.
o Experience in timeshare or travel industry a plus, but not required. A basic understanding of Timeshare is helpful.
o Open for appointments Monday-Saturday, including evenings.
Compensation:
o Commission-only, based on services sold. W-2 Employee position, with health insurance provided.
o Realistic expectations, $80k-$100k, with top sales reps earning double that plus!

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
