Director, IDIQ PMO & Partner Relations

The Director, IDIQ PMO & Partner Relations reports to the Vice President of Business Development for North America, and serves as a member of the Serco Business Development Leadership team.
The Director, IDIQ PMO & Partner Relations is responsible for managing a high performance Program Management Office that is responsible for managing pipeline, task order distribution and workflow, IDIQ task order proposals, and achievement of bookings goals for task orders associated with various IDIQ vehicles.
In addition, the Director, IDIQ PMO & Partner Relations will ensure that the necessary marketing, advertising and collateral development is performed and available to individuals pursuing task order awards.
The Director, IDIQ PMO & Partner Relations will also have responsibility for building and managing teaming relations and in so doing will regularly interact with the Business Development Team, Contracts, Human Resources, Finance, and the Operational Business Units.
General responsibilities include:
o Marketing various IDIQ vehicles to targeted customers.
o Attending and participating in various industry events that strengthen relationships with customers who utilize the IDIQ vehicles for procurement.
o Ensures task order opportunity notice distribution to potential delivery organizations including subcontractors.
o Manages communications, compliance and contract modifications on IDIQs.
o Participation in key task order pursuits.
o Assist Capture and Proposal Managers with task order proposals.
o Documents and reports on IDIQ Task Order Management process performance.

Required Skills and
Experience:
o Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in business development selling managed services to the Federal Government.
o Fundamental understanding of IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity) contract vehicles.
o Proven and demonstrable ability in developing and winning new business.
o Proven experience in developing and successfully executing sales strategies for medium and large contracts.
o Successful legacy of meeting goals for consecutive years.
o Thorough understanding of the business development/sales lifecycle as it applies to large opportunities.
o Proven ability to develop customer relationships at the senior levels.
o Experience developing account plans, marketing plans and budgets, and developing and measuring performance objectives.
o Must be a team player who knows how to create and manage the synergy between business developments, operations, and capture management functions.
o Must have excellent communications skills (verbal and written) and highly effective interpersonal skills to carry out daily interactions with technical leaders, business executives, customers, teammates/partners and subcontractors.
o Must possess a Bachelor's Degree.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
