Reservations Agent
Solid and growing company that provides executive transportation services nationwide and internationally is looking to hire immediately a Reservations agent.
The reservations agent will be responsible for booking reservations and providing information to customers over the phone and by email.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Should be able to interact with high-end customers and provide exceptional customer service.
The associate must be able to multi task, track information, think on their feet and be proactive.
Must be available to work an evening shift and weekends.
