Head of Sales/Outside Sales Rep

Overall responsibility: Responsible for aggressively and effectively identifying new customers in defined vertical and markets to achieve corporate sales goals and quotas. Also responsible for managing a team of On-Line Sales Reps.
Key areas of responsibility:
Personally identify new customer prospects in target markets and vertical and close sales opportunities in order achieve corporate revenue goals and quotas
Responsible for effectively organizing On-Line Sales Reps workload to exceed sales metrics and accurately forecast all revenue opportunities in a timely manner
Actively encourage On-Line Sales Reps to identify new ways to leverage ServInt offerings to increase customer satisfaction
Develop strategically viable and well-planned sales campaigns with a target set of customers
Lead price negotiations with a focus on value-based selling
Use knowledge to influence, teach, and motivate others towards accomplishing corporate goals
Logically communicate technical information and ideas to customers and internal staff alike.
Research market segments to identify potential customers and make first-contact
Identify ways to improve company accuracy through systemic adjustments, process changes, or automation suggestions
Report on weekly, monthly and quarterly sales and retention numbers

Qualifications:
Proven professional sales expertise to include the sales process and sales techniques
History of meeting or exceeding sales quotas for the past 12 quarters
Excellent communication skills via phone, email or chat
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing workloads to meet competing deadlines
Ability to successfully work and promote inclusiveness in small groups
4
years of sales experience, incorporating value/service selling required
Familiarity with webhosting industry and the underlying technology
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Open to direction, with a commitment to get the job done
PC spreadsheet skills including Excel
Experience with SalesForce a benefit
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
