HealthCare Provider for hospital seeks RN Clinical Educator, with 2 to 5 years experience in Clinical Education.
Qualifications: The following qualifications are the minimum necessary to adequately perform this job. BSN required, Masters degree in nursing preferred Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the commonwealth of Virginia, Current ACLS & BLS Certification, CCRN preferred. Adult Education Training, Preceptor and Facilitator training strongly encouraged. MUST have current solid ICU Clinical Educator or Nurse Specialist experience.
Responsibilities: You will be a Full-Time Clinical Educator for our Critical Care, Progressive Care and Cardiac Observation Units. The incumbent will serve as a role model, clinical/educational consultant and facilitator in the assessment of learning needs and in planning, implementing and evaluating educational activities/programs for staff. Company Offers: Salary Range: 55.9K to 95K+D.O.E.
