Business Analyst
Collaborative Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst to work closely with our Resource Manager and Engagement Managers to keep our projects and forecasts on track. This position is brand new for our team and will be crucial for business and project functionality. We're looking for an individual that thrives on process creation, organization, and just being that go to person when it comes to our project resourcing.
Job profile:
Review weekly utilization reports to validate the data and research differentials.
Managing resource forecast reports based on input from Engagement Managers.
Enter forecast and generic staffing plan spreadsheets into Open Air. Also enter opportunities in the pipeline that are greater than 75%.
Create and manage open resource requirements and assign resources to open positions. Work with resources to confirm they have updated resumes on Central Desktop. Set up for client interviews, if required.
Coordinate and execute the staffing of analyst hires on shadow assignments once training is completed.
Work with Tidemark (partner company) to staff their opportunities.
Stay current and knowledgeable of upcoming projects, business development, and activities as they relate to resourcing.
Provide weekly financial summary worksheet updates to Workday.
Coordinate with Project Owner for updates to projects that we do not have an EM presence on.
Assist Resource Manager with other duties as assigned.
What we look for in you:
Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years resource management or project management experience.
Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
Advanced problem-solving skills.
Clear and concise communication.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence and ease.
Ability to prioritize and organize workload across multiple groups.
