Workforce Engagement / Training Analyst
CSRA is seeking Workforce Engagement / Training Specialist to develop and deliver training and content for an Enterprise Development and Operations (DevOps) environment to support software development lifecycle at a Federal agency. This role focuses on training coordination, running programs, and assisting with curriculum development and delivery of training.

Overview:
The Workforce Engagement / Training Specialist will engage the workforce in order to create, build and deploy processes for software development projects. This will include the creation of common processes and procedures for a project to follow on how to use the DevOps services. Created artifacts may include, but not be limited to, Developer How to guides, frequently asked questions (FAQ), posters, brown bag learning sessions, videos, multi-media training material, articles, and informational briefings to the various project teams. The activities utilized to conduct workforce engagements will include: conferences, brown bags, desk side training, web casts, blog posts, tutorials, overviews, wiki entries, etc. Individuals will educate the workforce on new products and enhancements.
Responsibilities:
Performs development and delivery of highly complex training programs and related materials in support of customer training objectives.
Establishes and reviews course content and objectives.
Conducts training sessions and develops criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.
Maintains records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness.
Updates course documentation on a regular basis to ensure timeliness and relevance.
Conducts research into new training, educational, and multimedia technologies.
Design, develop and maintain complex technical training materials utilizing the systematic approach to training from the analysis phase through evaluation.
Qualifications:
Basic
Qualifications:
Education Requirements: 4-year undergraduate degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology/Media, Training and Development or related field (e.g. Technical Writing, English, Communications)
Active TS/SCI Clearance with favorable Polygraph within the last 2 years
4
years' experience in strategic communications/training
Experience in website content development / FAQs / Knowledgebase
Experience in training development for software applications
Other Qualifications
Experience in implementing training for DevOps tools such as: GitHub Enterprise, Jenkins, Nexus, Code Scanning, Enterprise Web Application Scanning, Tenable Security Center / Nessus, Jira/Confluence, lcinga, ELK (for internal Enterprise DevOps logs), and Selenium Grid.
Experience in developing and maintain training products for applications at DoD or Intelligence agency.
Experience with supporting training needs for full Systems Development Life Cycle
