Salesforce Technical Architect -
Minimum 7 years of development experience on the Salesforce platform
Minimum 5 years experience leading Enterprise Salesforce implementation with over 300 users with integration with enterprise applications like Oracle, SAP, etc.
Minimum 1 complex data migration (i.e., ETL efforts) into Salesforce.com
Strong knowledge CRM business impact and demonstrated Global delivery
Participation in each phase of full Salesforce.com lifecycle implementations
In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce
Strong technical foundation:
advanced structured programming (APEX, Force.com, .Net, Java), relational database concepts and structures, structured system analysis and design methods, etc.
Demonstrates successful implementation of Batch Apex and/or Schedule Apex development.
Understands web services and other technologies that can be used to transport data in an enterprise environment and interact with Salesforce.com
Experienced in defining systems strategy and requirements, designing and prototyping, planning testing, and supporting training efforts
Certified Salesforce Developer and Advanced Developer desired
Potential Certified Salesforce Technical Architect candidate
Salesforce Solutions Architect -
Minimum 5 years managing complex CRM software projects
Minimum 3 years implementing Salesforce.com technology based applications
Knowledge and experience with both waterfall and agile project methodologies
Strong executive presence and ability to interact with CXO level
Experience with various ERP functional solutions architecture
Demonstrated ability to deliver full systems development lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation for various functional architecture solutions
Possesses the individual functional and professional knowledge to ensure that the work products and deliverables and are of the highest caliber and ensure client satisfaction
Experienced identifying, developing, and implementing techniques to improve engagement productivity (e.g., increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings)
Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with great attention to detail
Excellent presentations development and delivery ability (to all levels of the organization)
Exposure to a multiple industries, B2B and B2C business models.
Demonstrates proven extensive knowledge with leading Salesforce.com implementation projects and managing private, public or hybrid cloud environment-related business
Experience with all aspects of system implementation including, but not limited to, gathering requirements, designing the future state solution, the development objects related to their process scope, as well as supporting testing and post implementation support
Knowledge of integration points and the order in which these must be executed
Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development
Proven track record of success of working with business development opportunities and/or engagements from pre-sale and initial scoping through final delivery and signoff
Extensive creative problem-solving abilities and a consistent consultancy mindset while working on clients' initiatives related to Business Systems Integrations solutions and
Salesforce.com Application Transformation.
Proven extensive ability to develop strategy, write, communicate, facilitate, and present cogently to a variety of audiences, including clients and internal teams
Demonstrates extensive abilities as a team leader:
supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust; seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation
Certified Salesforce.com Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant preferred
Salesforce Project Manager -
Minimum 3 years managing complex CRM software projects
Minimum 5 years implementing Salesforce.com technology based applications
Knowledge and experience with both waterfall and agile project methodologies
Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with great attention to detail
Ability to avoid conflicts (e.g., technology design, personality differences) with client while suggestions solutions that result in desired outcomes

Excellent meeting management skills (e.g., agenda, managing expectations, facilitation, follow-up)
Exposure to a multiple industries, B2B and B2C business models
PMP Certification a plus

Salesforce Program Manager -
Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce.com full life cycle implementations
Experience managing 2 large-scale Salesforce.com implementations including technical solution delivery, functional and technical team performance and project financials
Displayed deep expertise in Sales, Service or Marketing Cloud platforms
Demonstrated organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills with the ability to work well in a cross-functional environment
Ability to successfully collaborate with multiple functions associated in the areas of software engineering, infrastructure, product management and business operations
Ability to lead onshore and off-shore teams in all aspects of project delivery
PMP Certification a plus
Certified Salesforce.com Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud Consultant preferred
Salesforce Sr. Business Analyst -
Minimum of 3 years Salesforce.com full life cycle implementations
Strong experience in either the Sales, Service or Marketing Cloud platforms (exposure to Big Machines, Apttus, Cameleon a plus)
Demonstrated ability to design and implement technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team leadership roles (e.g. functional lead, work-stream lead, etc)
Ability to lead onshore and off-shore teams in the development of business solutions
Certified Salesforce Administrator preferred
Certified Salesforce.com Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud Consultant preferred

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
