Procurement Financial Analyst
Project/Position Introduction

Overview
The Administrator 2, Financial Operations is responsible for measuring and improving the accounts payable function, establishing and improving a long-term standing relationship with Finance, supporting strategic buyers with analysis, and supporting/improving P&VM tool set.
Responsibilities
Manage to continuous improvement sensitive accounts payable, particularly telecom
Manage electronic interface between dimension data & MMS
Set up aging review with Telecom providers to eliminate risk of turn down
Expand best practices to other suppliers AP that represent risk/opportunity for MMS
Measure & improve accounts payable function
Liase with Finance & improve teamwork
Support strategic buyers with analysis
Support management with planning & forecasting tools/data set
Support & improve P&VM tool set
The Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following Additional Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; experience may be considered in lieu of degree
5 years of relevant experience is required
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office tools; specifically Microsoft Excel
Ability to learn new software
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
Great attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Must be proactive, a self-starter with a positive attitude
