Senior Systems Load Balance Engineer

Our client is seeking an experienced Systems/Network Engineer with Traffic Management and Load Balancing experience, with deep understanding of L4-L7 to help build new and improve existing services across a multiple datacenter environment.
The GNCS Traffic Management team is responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining all systems necessary for providing the company's load balancing, traffic management and application delivery needs.

Responsibilities:
Identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively, sometimes under pressure.
Participate in the 24x7 pager rotation for systems supporting millions of customers in an Internet facing environment.
Evaluate or develop tools / scripts to facilitate improvement and to support ongoing maintenance of a growing environment.
Define and write clear and succinct technical documentation related to systems and applications as necessary.
Install and setup systems as required to support growth and new projects.
Work well in a team environment and be able to work with and feedback accurate technical information to developers, application and business owners to identify and resolve complex issues.
Provide recommendations and implement solutions for scalability and performance improvement.
Education Technical BS/MS degree, or equivalent work experience - 5
years in Network Engineering, or UNIX system administration in a large environment (50
servers minimum) Strong background in Networking, TCP/IP, UDP, SSL Familiarity with Cisco, Juniper, and Avocent a plus Advanced engineering and administration of load balancers and traffic management.
Familiarity with the following tools:
Apache, ssh, Perl, Ruby, Python, openssl, tcpdump, and Wireshark NetScaler load balancers - Nagios or BigBrother, Cacti, Cricket or other RRD-based reporting tool - Good communication skills both written and verbal.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
