Experience:
ZA-III:
You qualify for the ZA-III grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or ZA-II in the Federal government, performing the following duties:
Managing aspects of an emergency management and continuity of operations program; Managing an agency level occupational safety and health program; Implementation of activities for a program area to determine impact; Conducting studies on programs to identify procedural problems using quantitative and/or qualitative methods. (The contents of your resume MUST support your claim of specialize experience) All qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement. Qualification claims will be subject to verification. TIME-IN-GRADE REQUIREMENT:
Any applicant who has been employed by the Federal government within the past 52 weeks must meet time-in-grade requirements. For this ZA-III level position you must have held a ZA-II or equivalent grade level GS-09 for at least one year. You must submit a recent SF-50 showing you meet this requirement. NOTE:
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
