Who We Need:
1901 Group is looking for an experienced digitally savvy and detail-oriented Social Media & Digital Communications Specialist to join our team.
You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the company's Social Media strategy that includes, content creation, integrated marketing campaigns, and analytics.
You will work closely with our VP of Marketing Communications and Public Relations to provide recommendations on social media strategies and digital campaigns that will highlight the growing capabilities and solutions.
This will be a great position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats in the marketing communication space.
Responsibilities Include Social Media Build, implement, manage, and execute our social media strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identificationCreate, manage, and implement social media content and editorial calendarCreate and maintain company social media pages and profiles (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram)Understanding of how each social channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channelsMeasure the success of every social media campaign reporting KPIsUse social media marketing tools (Hootsuite and Google Analytics) to monitor and manage the company's social media accountsMonitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimizationWork closely with the marketing team to build and execute social media campaigns and strategy that help to achieve corporate marketing goalsIdentify best practices and technologies, trends, and insights on social media marketing in the IT marketAnalyze the long-term needs of the company's social media strategy and expand on necessary changes to the digital marketing planContentWrite, develop, and integrate digital content (internal/external blogs) across multiple platformsGenerate, edit, publish, and share social content daily (original text, images, video) that builds meaningful connections and encourage community members through dialog with consistency and cohesivenessReportingDevelop monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teamsCreate key deliverables and timelines to ensure project delivery for digital campaignsTrack and analyze the company's social media strategy and offer monthly reports to the management and executive teams that outline any necessary changes to the digital planMeasure performance of all digital campaigns, impressions, sentiment (ROI and KPIs)Track web Google Analytics metrics to evaluate effectiveness of social content, campaigns, and web activityCollaborate and SupportCollaborate with Business Development, Partner Relations, Human Resources, Creative Director, and other teams at 1901 Group to support business objectiveWork with internal and external teams to manage events and tradeshows in real-timeSupport VP of Marketing Communication and Public Relation with streamlining efforts (blogs, content, social, reports, etc.

Individual's primary workstation is located in an office area with overhead lighting.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
