com/cloud-infrastructure Who are we looking for?We're looking for a highly technical Senior Product Manager, joining a team of Product Managers that will create new services and capabilities that address our customer's business challenges and creates differentiated value to them.
You will work with a diverse set of stakeholders to define, build, operate, and grow the business of the Dedicated Regions line of business.
As a key leader on the team, you will play a critical role in shaping products and growing the team.
As a Principal Product Manager for Oracle Dedicated Region Cloud@Customer you will be the product owner, bridging understanding and capabilities of OCI technology between customers, engineering, operations, sales, and executive leadership.
You will engage with strategic customers to understand requirements, use cases and workloads and bring the requirements back to OCI engineering.
This is a cross-functional and cross-organizational role.
You will be a part of small team that amplifies the impact of OCI technology.
You will need to engage at all levels of the OCI organization to drive the product strategy.
You will also be responsible for educating, training and providing materials for the Oracle sales team to help them effectively represent the Dedicated Region product.
As a product owner you are responsible for the design and iterations of your product, bringing customer feedback, market trends and competitor landscape to help shape the product.
Responsibilities:
Define and understand target markets and build products that leverage Oracle's unique strengths in data to lead in those marketsEvangelize product strategy and vision with stakeholders.
Work, directly, with key customers to understand their requirements, decipher blockers and translate the feedback into actionable items to improve service offerings and create new products.
Interface, closely, with field sellers and solution architects to address any gaps in the respective services, in a timely fashion.
Evaluate markets trends and know the competitive landscape, in depth.
Drive product launches, including working with:
sales and presales field teams, marketing resources and our customers to ensure a successful release/launch.
Help answer commercials with sizing, pricingEngage in design reviews with strategic customers and be focal point for in region customer escalations working with support and center of excellence (COE) teamsAnalyze weekly product performance in region providing executive reports on trends and defining an action plan to increase adoption and renewals Minimum
Qualifications:
BS in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

years of combined experience in Product Management and Solutions architectureProven track record for shipping/launching entirely new products/services and products/services customer adoption in the cloud.
Ability to define & shape the business strategy for large product areas.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong and experienced customer focus and engagement.
Able to engage, communicate and manage customer CxO relationships.
Deep experience in delivering Cloud services.
Enjoy a fast-paced work environment and can quickly adjust to changing priorities.

BS in a technical disciplineExperience working on a public cloud service, and in-depth knowledge of IaaS/PaaS industry and competitive capabilitiesStrong customer focus.
