Our innovative, industry-leading client is looking for a skilled Agilist who has experience as a Scrum Master in the data space.
Responsibilities of the Scrum Master:
Facilitate Sprint estimation, Sprint planning meetings to identify product backlog items to be worked in a sprint and to estimate level of effort of development activitiesLead daily standup meetings, track progress by keeping the sprint backlog up-to-date, and help to remove impedimentsConduct an end of sprint review meetings where sprint products are demonstrated to stakeholdersConduct Sprint grooming, provide progress reports including but not limited to meta scrum report/burn-up/burn-down charts/User Story Point updates etc.
Update Product Backlog Items to include new or revised requirements and backlog itemFoster collaboration and communication between team members on technical issues, on process improvements, and in addressing and escalating project risks and issuesRequirements of the Scrum Master:
At least 5 years of dedicated Scrum Master experienceDemonstrated experience applying Agile approach to data warehouse/data integration and BI projectsHands-on experience with Agile practices, Scrum process, Kanban as an Agile Coach/Scrum MasterProven experience transforming teams to Agile/Scrum from Waterfall or other methodologiesProven experience as Agile Coach/Scrum Master/Kanba11 practitionerProven leadership experience in IT delivery, building and sustaining high performing teamsAble to provide need-based coaching to team members to be agile and support agile deliveryExcellent communication and partnership skillsUnderstanding of Healthcare business and data domainGood understanding of end-to-end life cycle of ETL projectsExcellent communication and partnership skillsBasic knowledge of SQL and data analysisScrum Master certifications requiredJob ID:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
